Slip h idden fasteners into the gutter run and screw the gutter into the fascia with a drill and screws. Measure and record the distance from the bottom of the fascia board to this nail. Determine the length of the gutter by measuring the fascia.
Measure the end point of the gutter with downward slope. Snap a chalk line between the start and end of the gutter run. Measure the fascia to determine the length of the gutter. Below the shingles on the high side of the gutter run.
Use a chalk line and make a mark from the inside of drain outlet. Get the chalk line to determine and mark the highest point of the gutter run. Hidden fasteners are placed every 24 inches along the gutter run. Use needlenosed pliers to slightly crimp the elbow to fit into the downspout as shown.
You only need a slight slope to drain water. Apply gutter sealant to the end cap. Installing gutters in 18 steps snap a chalk line across the fascia creating the proper pitch toward the downspout end. Apply gutter sealant to an end cap then press the cap onto one end of the gutter.
